In brief: Develop a campaign that shows how HSBC products help you get on with your life. Making a short story long: We noticed that all the products we were being asked to communicate were about time. An addition to the app that meant you didn’t need to log in to check your balance, one-day mortgage approvals and even instant top-ups for an existing loan. So we developed this campaign around the idea of not being held back by your bank account. |
