In brief: Come up with a way to reward loyal customers, then create a way to communicate it to them. Making a short story long: Lexus wanted to reward their loyal customers but didn’t know how. We created the idea of a Golf Day, came up with a branded name, then created comms to invite a select few customers. 100% of the customers that received the pack signed up for the day and from a total of 177 invitees, 78 cars were sold off the back of it. |
