In brief: Engage potential recruits with the excitement and adventure of life in the Army. Making a short story long: We could tell people about the excitement of a job in the Army, but they were never able to really experience it for themselves. We changed all that with Occulus Rift VR headsets that allowed people to take part in four fully-immersive experiences. We developed the storyboards for each experience and partnered with VR experts to bring each one to life. Used in careers fairs and recruitment events, the Army experienced a 66% increase in applications while running this campaign. |
